We ganna bring you to explore the forest​ around Sounkyo,Daisetsuzan National Park in Hokkaido .

HERE!!

There is a wide range of enjoyable activities to engage in during each season.

Sounkyo (Kamikawa Town) is located on the eastern side of a mountain range in the center of Hokkaido.

You can enjoy seasonal scenery such as the chirping of birds in spring, snow that lingers until summer, various flowers, alpine plants, autumn parades, and winter icefalls.

In this area, you can find brown bears, deer, and other forest inhabitants living leisurely lives.

Well, we have prepared several plans that will allow you to experience multiple seasons. Let's explore!

Season of Snow

In the snow season, you can enjoy a walk with snowshoes! Explore the forest and deep valleys.

Wow, it's a bear's footprint! There are countless discoveries to be made, so let's immerse ourselves in the forests and mountains from the flowering season to the autumn foliage!

Thorough advance preparation will lead to a safe and enjoyable experience, so be sure to prepare well!

What to wear and bring during the The season of flowers and red leaves

・HAT

・SUNGLASSES It is recommended to take precautions when snow remains, as the reflection from the snow can be intense.

・NON-COTTON CLOTHES Cotton loses body heat when it gets wet.

NON-COTTON PANTS 

TREKKING SHOES / RAIN BOOTS Be prepared and wear shoes that can walk in mud; avoiding mud will help widen the hiking trails.

SOCKS Wear socks appropriate for the season.

BACKPACK Don't forget to put anything you want to keep dry in a waterproof bag.

DRINKS Bring enough drinks based on the weather conditions and the length of your activity.

SNACKS Snacks, rice balls, and more.

MEDICATION Please remember to bring any medications you are currently taking. If you have any allergies, kindly inform us during the registration process.

PORTABLE TOILETS Daisetsuzan National Park promotes the use of portable toilets.

Things that aren't essential but would be nice to have.

Stocks Put on the rubber caps.

・GLOVES Warm gloves, waterproof ones even better.

・SUNGLASSES Protect your eyes from glare from snow.

・WARM INNERWEAR You'll warm up easily by walking, so layering is recommended .

WARM OUTERWEAR ''Wind-proof, waterproof, or ski wear.

WARM HIGH-TOP SHOES This will keep snow from getting in, allowing you to play more freely.

SOCKS Warm socks.

DRINKS Hot tea will make you happy.
