What to wear and bring during
The season of snow

・KNIT HAT
・GLOVES Warm gloves, waterproof ones even better.
・SUNGLASSES Protect your eyes from glare from snow.
・WARM INNERWEAR You'll warm up easily by walking, so layering is recommended .
・WARM OUTERWEAR ''Wind-proof, waterproof, or ski wear.
・WARM HIGH-TOP SHOES This will keep snow from getting in, allowing you to play more freely.
・SOCKS Warm socks.
・DRINKS Hot tea will make you happy.
・MEDICATION Please remember to bring any medications you are currently taking. If you have any allergies, kindly inform us during the registration process.
Things that aren't essential but would be nice to have.
・Binoculars
・Camera Don't forget the SD card and battery.
NOTICE
The payment
- Payment must be made in cash on the day.
- A portion of the proceeds supports conservation efforts and environmental education.
Modifications and terminations
- The schedule and duration of the course may change due to weather and snow conditions.
-If inclement weather conditions such as heavy snow render the activity unsuitable, we will notify you by 5:00 p.m. on the preceding day to arrange for cancellation.
- Fees for canceling a service or reservation
12 hours prior to departure - Free.
Within 12 hours prior to departure, a 50% fee will be charged.
Failure to provide notice or participate will result in a 100% fee charge.
Insurance
- The fee covers domestic travel accident insurance, providing coverage of up to 5 million yen for death and permanent disability, 5,000 yen per day for hospitalization, and 3,000 yen per day for outpatient treatment. However, it is advisable to consider purchasing additional optional insurance for comprehensive coverage.
